At the same time, relevant quality certificates and certificates of origin of equipment and materials as well as inspection reports can be submitted to the Buyer. Commitment to technical quality
1、 Quality assurance starts from technology and meets user requirements in terms of product selection. We will provide products with mature technology, stable operation and reliable performance after practical inspection;
2、 The process measures shall be strictly formulated and implemented, and the operator shall be required to conduct self inspection according to the requirements of the drawings, standards and process documents. The full-time inspection shall be strictly controlled, and the unqualified products shall be refused to leave the factory;
3、 During the installation period, technical personnel shall be assigned to the site to provide technical services, guide the installation quality, communicate with Party A and the supervision company in a timely manner, and solve problems found in a timely manner;
4、 We have rich experience in the installation, commissioning and operation of large boilers. If users find technical and quality problems in the use process, our company will immediately repair the equipment to ensure that the repair is completed within the specified time.
Service commitment
1. Strictly implement the service file management system, and timely track and communicate;
2. Strictly perform the requirements specified in the contract to ensure the delivery period;
3. Carry out commissioning training for free, and train operators in safety and technology;
4. If problems are found and solved in a timely manner, a special service line is set up: 0373-5850299. Implement 24-hour service, receive users' calls, and do not rest on holidays;
5. All year round inventory of valves, instruments, elbows, screws, nuts and tools of various specifications;
6. Take immediate action after receiving the maintenance information, and the local maintenance personnel shall arrive at the site within 2 hours; In case of special circumstances, the maintenance personnel of the company headquarters shall arrive at the site within 24 hours;
7. Quality assurance period: the warranty period is 18 months after the equipment is delivered or 12 months after the equipment is put into operation, whichever comes first.
8. Defect warranty: if the unit equipment is delivered for use, and the defects appear repeatedly, we will submit analysis reports and solutions until the defects are corrected, and the warranty period provided will be recalculated from the date of correction. In case of replacement and correction caused by negligence, misoperation and other circumstances beyond our responsibility scope, we shall repair them, and the additional costs shall be borne by both parties through negotiation. During the warranty period and during the normal operation of the equipment, we will regularly go to the site for patrol inspection, and deal with the hidden trouble in time; During the warranty period, the fault shall be repaired and replaced free of charge.
9. After the warranty period, the equipment shall be maintained for life; After the warranty period, only travel expenses and labor wages will be charged for maintenance labor costs.
