The storage tank is mainly used for indoor static storage of liquid nitrogen, and should not be used for long-distance transportation under working conditions; In order to meet the transportation conditions, the liquid nitrogen transportation tank is specially designed for shock resistance. In addition to static storage, it can also be used for transportation when filled with liquid nitrogen, but it should also avoid violent collision and vibration.

Precautions for use of liquid nitrogen storage tank:

1. The liquid nitrogen storage tank cannot be filled with other low-temperature media, and the container can only be filled with liquid nitrogen to avoid explosion caused by interaction with combustible substances on the container structure.

2. The container shall be placed in a cool and dry place with good ventilation.

3. The suction nozzle adopts a repeatable suction structure, and the user should not start it to avoid affecting the cold insulation performance.

4. The temperature of liquid nitrogen is - 196 ℃, and protective measures should be taken during operation, such as wearing leather and cotton gloves. Do not expose your hands. Avoid splashing liquid nitrogen and frostbite caused by touching skin or eyes.

5. Filling of liquid nitrogen: when filling the container with liquid nitrogen and refilling the liquid nitrogen after long-term shutdown, because the tank is at normal temperature, the filling should not be too fast. A small amount of liquid nitrogen should be injected first to gradually cool the tank. After the boiling phenomenon of liquid nitrogen is reduced, the filling speed should be accelerated. Otherwise, liquid nitrogen will boil and splash outward, causing frostbite.
