The actual manufacturing section of the waste heat boiler in the factory needs to be subject to the transportation situation, so as to facilitate the transportation, it can be divided into five parts, including the inlet smoke box, superheater section, evaporator section, economizer section, and outlet smoke box, It will be assembled after being transported to the construction site.

The inlet and outlet smoke boxes of the waste heat boiler are welded by steel plates. All smoke boxes are equipped with hanging plates for lifting and installation. The smoke box is equipped with an inspection door for users to enter the smoke box for maintenance.

The economizer section is mainly composed of framework, coil unit, inlet and outlet headers and their accessories. The economizer is mainly used to further absorb the low-level energy of waste gas. On the one hand, it increases the feed water temperature and ensures the steam output of the waste heat boiler; on the other hand, it can increase the outlet gas temperature of the evaporator section and increase the effective utilization rate of the heating surface.

The evaporator section is mainly composed of the framework, coil group, inlet and outlet headers and their accessories, which are the main heat exchange section of the waste heat boiler. After absorbing heat in this section, the working medium will change phase from liquid phase to vapor liquid phase. After steam water separation, saturated steam can be supplied to the superheater section.
