Three wastes mixed combustion waste heat boiler

"Three wastes" is the general term of waste gas, waste liquid and solid waste, as well as the general term of waste gas, waste residue and waste ash generated in the production of chemical fertilizer products and coal chemical industry; Such as purge gas, blowing air, gasifier slag, settling tank slime, etc. Mixed combustion furnace waste heat boiler and blow gas waste heat boiler are ideal efficiency energy-saving equipment used in chemical fertilizer and chemical industry (especially methanol, ethanol, formaldehyde and synthetic ammonia). With the production of urea, synthetic ammonia and other chemical products, a large number of low calorific value fuels will be generated. In order to make rational use of these low calorific value fuels, they will be mixed with coal as fuel, and then steam with the required parameters will be generated through the mixed combustion furnace and the supporting waste heat boiler.

Performance advantages of waste heat boiler with mixed combustion of three chemical wastes:

High heat transfer coefficient: the heat transfer of exhaust gas, water and steam is carried out on the outer surface of the heat pipe, and the outer side of the exhaust gas heat pipe is finned, so the heat transfer area is increased, the heat transfer is strengthened, and the heat transfer coefficient is greatly changed.   

Strong ability to prevent ash deposition, blocking and corrosion: by adjusting the proportion of the heating surface of the cold and hot sections of the heat pipe, the pipe wall temperature can be adjusted to be higher than the flue gas dew point temperature, which can effectively prevent acid dew point and sulfur corrosion in the flue gas, extend the service life of the heat exchanger, and ensure the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger.   

Prevention of leakage of water and steam system: during operation, due to the large amount of waste gas washing, even if the pipe is slightly damaged, the air and water on the cold side will not leak to the hot side, ensuring the safe operation of the system, which is also the characteristics of this equipment different from those in the general flue.   

Small resistance loss is applicable to the reconstruction of old units: in general, waste heat recovery equipment is added, and the resistance of hot waste gas is increased to about 1500Pa. The damage of single or multiple heat pipes will not affect the overall use of the equipment.

The overall heating surface of the boiler adopts a suspension structure, which is conducive to absorbing the expansion of the boiler and has high operation safety. Special sealing device is adopted to reduce air leakage of boiler and increase boiler efficiency. Reasonable smoke speed design is beneficial to prevent ash deposition. The straight through layout is adopted to realize self ash removal, keep the heating surface clean and increase the heat exchange efficiency. Reasonable flue gas power field ensures stable flue gas flow, avoids bias flow, and adopts special anti-wear structure to prolong service life. Convection tube bundle assembly structure, short installation cycle and low cost. SCR denitration space shall be reserved to meet the environmental emission requirements of flue gas. Suitable for full load or overload operation, operating condition range: 50%~110%.
