Difference between waste heat boiler and conventional boiler:

Generally, waste heat boiler is composed of economizer, evaporator, superheater, header, drum and other heat exchange tube groups and containers. The boiler feed water in the economizer completes the task of preheating, so that the feed water temperature rises to a level close to the saturation temperature; In the evaporator, the feed water changes into saturated steam; In the superheater, the saturated steam is heated to become superheated steam; The reheated steam in the reheater is heated up to the set reheat temperature.
