Full premixed surface combustion technology is a gas combustion technology at present, in which gas and air are premixed before entering the combustion chamber to make combustion fully, improve combustion efficiency and reduce the release of harmful gases. Its characteristics are as follows:
1) The traditional high-pressure jet gas burner uses diffusion combustion, while the metal fiber burner uses full premixed surface combustion. When the air excess coefficient is small, the combustion is more sufficient, so the thermal efficiency is high, and CO emissions are low.
2) The flame of the metal fiber burner is short and uniform, without the local high temperature zone of the traditional jet burner. At the same time, the strength of the fire hole is low, and the resulting NOx is significantly reduced.
3) The metal fiber burner reduces the combustion noise, so the flue noise can be reduced.
