The high-temperature flue gas enters the boiler and then enters the flue gas settling chamber composed of water-cooled membrane wall system. Its main function is to reduce the flue gas temperature, thus reducing the metal wall temperature of the superheater and avoiding overheating burning. The superheater is of horizontal suspended structure, which is divided into high temperature section and low temperature section. The surface type or spray type attemperator is used. Convection tube bundles are arranged in line, and multiple baffle plates are used to baffle the flue gas, so as to increase the flue gas flow rate and form transverse scour, and increase the heat transfer capacity of convection tube bundles. The economizer adopts serpentine tube with horizontal flushing and multistage layout. The load of the economizer can be adjusted according to production needs. The tail of the economizer is made of alloy steel, which is resistant to low temperature sulfuric acid corrosion and greatly extends the service life of the equipment. The last stage economizer can be set outside the boiler body for easy maintenance or replacement.
The boiler adopts the full membrane water wall structure, with high heat transfer efficiency and good sealing performance, which solves the shortcomings of traditional boiler, such as large air leakage, high heat dissipation loss, high system energy consumption, etc;
The light shield fully welded furnace wall structure is adopted, and the connection between the shield and the steel frame adopts a flexible sealing structure to ensure that the junction between the shield and the steel frame will not be desoldered due to thermal expansion during boiler operation; The comb plate fully welded sealing structure is adopted at the part where the tube bundle passes through the guard plate furnace wall, which reduces the boiler air leakage and makes the combustion more fully;
