Horizontal biomass steam boiler It is a horizontal three return water fire tube hybrid boiler, and a bunch of threaded smoke pipes are arranged in the drum. The left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with smooth tube water-cooled walls. Light movable grate, manual feeding, blower and induced draft fan are used for mechanical ventilation. The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt new energy-saving technology. The fuel is scattered on the grate, and after entering the furnace for combustion, the flame is refracted upward through the rear arch and turns to the front smoke box through the burning chambers on both sides of the body, and then turns back to the tube bundle in the boiler from the front smoke box, enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and is then pumped by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney for exhaust to the big gas.

The heating surface of the boiler adopts a three return structure of water-cooled wall tubes and threaded smoke pipes, and secondary and tertiary air distribution devices are set at the front and rear of the furnace, so that the biomass fuel can be semi gasified and burned, greatly reducing the loss of incomplete combustion.
