A device that uses air flow to transport granular materials along the pipeline. There are three types: suction type, pressure type and hybrid type. Its working principle is to use the kinetic energy of the air flow to make the granular materials appear suspended and transported along the pipeline with the air flow. ① Suction type. After the exhaust fan is started, the whole system is in vacuum. Under the effect of pressure difference, the air flow makes the materials enter the suction nozzle and send them to the separator at the unloading place along the feeding pipe. The materials are separated from the air flow and discharged from the bottom of the separator. The air flow is purified by the dust remover and then discharged into the atmosphere through the muffler. The utility model has the advantages of simple material supply and can absorb materials from several places at the same time. But the conveying distance is short and the productivity is low. High sealing requirements. ② Press feed type. The blower presses air into the conveying pipe, and the material is supplied from the feeder. The mixture of air and material is pressed along the conveying pipe to the unloading place. The material is discharged after the separator. The air is purified by the dust remover and discharged into the atmosphere. Contrary to the suction type, it can transport materials to several places at the same time, with long conveying distance and high productivity, but complex structure. ③ Hybrid. It is a combination of the above two forms.
