Positive displacement heat exchanger

The positive displacement heat exchanger is a heat exchanger that uses cold and hot fluids to alternately flow through the surface of the heat storage body (filler) in the heat storage chamber to conduct heat exchange. The cold and hot fluids of the wall heat exchanger between the positive displacement heat exchangers are separated by the solid partition and heat exchange is conducted through the partition, so it is also called the surface heat exchanger. Heat exchange type: steam water heat exchange: heat medium is steam; Water water heat exchange: the heat medium is high-temperature water. According to different heat transfer modes, the positive displacement heat exchanger can be divided into three types: hybrid positive displacement heat exchanger, heat storage positive displacement heat exchanger and interwall positive displacement heat exchanger. The shell is made of carbon steel, stainless steel and composite plate, and the heat exchanger is made of carbon steel, (304 or 316L) stainless steel.

Structural performance:

(1) The heat exchange capacity is high. The heat exchange part of "HRV-01" and "HRV-02" is an improved fast heat exchange structure. The heat transfer coefficient K is high, the heat exchange area is large, and the heat exchange capacity of a single tank is 1.5~2.0 times that of a diversion type volumetric heater with the same volume.

(2) The volume utilization rate is high. The two parts of heat exchange and heat storage of this series of products are completely separated. The heat storage part stores all the hot water of the heat exchange part, and no cold or warm water enters it. Therefore, there is no cold or warm water area in the tank, which has a high volume utilization rate.

(3) The head loss on the heated water side is ≤ 0.5m, which keeps the advantages of small water pressure fluctuation and low head loss of the volumetric water heater and is conducive to maintaining the pressure balance between hot and cold water in the system.

(4) The heat storage part stores the regulating volume of heat consumption for design hours ≥ 15min, and the heat medium can be supplied according to the design hour heat consumption, without increasing the heat medium load. The temperature of the heated water in the tank changes slowly, and the use of reliable and sensitive temperature control devices can meet the requirements of automatic control of water temperature.

(5) The heat exchange is sufficient. When saturated steam with steam pressure ≤ 0.4Mpa is used as the heat medium, the outlet temperature of condensate is about 70~75 ℃, which meets the requirements of general steam boilers that the return temperature of condensate is ≤ 80 ℃.
