DZL biomass steam boiler is a horizontal three return water fire tube hybrid boiler, with a bunch of threaded smoke tubes arranged in the drum. The left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with smooth tube water-cooled walls. Light chain grate is used for mechanical feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with scraper slag extractor for automatic slag discharge. The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt new energy-saving technology. After the fuel falls from the hopper to the grate and enters the furnace for combustion, the flame is refracted upward through the rear arch and turns to the front smoke box through the burning chambers on both sides of the body, and then turns back to the tube bundle in the boiler from the front smoke box, enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and is then pumped by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney and discharged to the atmosphere.

The heat exchange system of the boiler consists of the boiler drum, left and right headers, and water wall. The main heating surface is the furnace water wall, part of the boiler drum and the convection tube bundle in the boiler drum.

7. Energy saving and environmental protection: the new gasification combustion technology is adopted, the gasification rotary combustion chamber is set, and the internal swirl secondary air distribution makes the fuel combustion more fully.

8. The heat transfer element - threaded smoke pipe is used, and the reasonable smoke flow rate is used to make the boiler more efficient. The thermal efficiency is more than 85%.
