The steam generated can be used for external heating and electricity cogeneration, which saves the production cost of enterprises and also caters to the theme of energy conservation and emission reduction in today's society.

External waste heat boiler with large flue of sintering machine can adopt heat pipe form and row pipe form; Considering the corrosion of the large flue, dust remover, main exhaust fan and other equipment of the sintering machine caused by the condensation of sour gases such as SO2 in the sintering flue gas at low temperature, the outlet flue gas temperature of the waste heat recovery device of the sintering machine tail flue gas must be controlled at 170-190 ℃.

After the water entering the drum is mixed with the saturated water in the drum, it enters the evaporator along the downcomer below the drum to absorb the heat and start to produce steam. Usually only part of the water turns into steam, so the steam water mixture flows in the evaporator. The steam water mixture leaves the evaporator and enters the upper drum for separation through the steam water separation equipment. The water falls into the water space in the drum and enters the downcomer to continue to absorb heat and generate steam. The steam enters the superheater from the upper drum to absorb heat and make saturated steam become superheated steam. If superheated steam is not required, only saturated steam is required, superheater can be omitted. When there is reheated steam, reheater can be added.
