Function of the cylinder: to store steam and regulate gas pressure; Through the cylinder, the pressure can be evenly divided into multiple branches for different steam equipment; The cylinder block diameter is larger than the pipe diameter. The flow of hot medium entering the cylinder through the pipe is greatly reduced. Impurities in the steam body are separated and settled to the bottom of the cylinder body through steam and water, and then discharged to the sewage pool through the sewage pipe; Similar to the air compressor storage tank, the larger the cylinder diameter and volume, the better the balance pressure regulation effect.

The relationship between the outer diameter D of the branch pipe led out from the cylinder and the inner diameter D of the cylinder shall meet the following requirements: D<1/2D; When the branch pipe is arranged on the cylinder block, it should be noted that the flange of each branch pipe should not collide, the distance between the outer diameter of the flange △ L ≥ 20mm, and the nominal pressure of the flange PN ≥ 1.0 mpa should be selected;

Pressure gauge, temperature gauge, safety valve and drain port shall be set on the cylinder; The auxiliary cylinder is installed against the wall, and angle steel can be installed on the wall as support, or two support bases can be installed as support; Separate cylinder shall be set in heat exchange room, boiler room and other equipment rooms to facilitate operation, observation and maintenance; Before use, the slave cylinder shall be cleaned, and the dirt can be removed through the drain pipe before connecting with other pipe valves; A dirt filter is set at the inlet of the branch cylinder header to prevent foreign matters from entering the heat exchanger and other equipment.

The difference is that the safety valve cannot be set on the water distributor and the water collecting tank.
