The key of condensing gas boiler is condensing technology, which is a new energy-saving and environmental protection technology; Its principle is not complicated, and the simple summary is to recover the heat energy in the flue gas by condensing the flue gas. In the traditional boiler, the exhaust gas temperature is generally 160~250 ℃, or even higher, which makes the water (such as natural gas: CH4+2O2 → CO2+2H2O) generated during fuel combustion in the flue gas in the overheated state of water vapor, which is lost from the chimney with the flue gas. Generally, the thermal efficiency of traditional boilers can only reach 85%~91%. The condensing gas boiler reduces the exhaust gas temperature to 50~70 ℃, fully recovers the sensible heat in the flue gas and the condensation latent heat of water vapor, and greatly improves the thermal efficiency.

Condensation technology is to reduce the heat loss of fuel combustion, absorb the heat energy generated by the fuel with high efficiency, and collect harmful substances in the flue gas into condensate water due to flue gas condensation, reducing the emission of acid substances and other pollutants into the air. Smokeless combustion technology is adopted for better condensing gas boilers, which reduces the emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx can cause acid rain and greenhouse effect) to more than 35mg/kwh.
