Coking waste heat boiler

The layout of waste heat boiler of coking furnace includes traditional horizontal layout and new vertical layout. The vertical layout boiler is a new type of coking waste gas waste heat boiler with novel structure and excellent performance. The automatic coke oven gas burner is adopted for the supplementary combustion boiler. The coke oven gas is burned inside or outside the waste heat boiler and then mixed with coking waste gas to form high-temperature flue gas, which enters the boiler for heat exchange to generate rated steam.

The heating surface of waste heat boiler of coking furnace is composed of economizer section and evaporator section. According to the heat balance calculation of the waste heat boiler, the waste heat boiler will produce saturated steam to reduce the exhaust gas temperature. The waste heat boiler of the coking furnace must be equipped with an economizer section to further absorb the medium and low level energy of exhaust gas with water supply. It can increase the feed water temperature, increase the steam output of the waste heat boiler, and on the other hand, it can change the effective utilization rate of the heating surface of the evaporator section.

In order to change the heat transfer temperature and pressure of the economizer, the economizer section adopts the counter current layout, that is, the flow direction of the working medium is opposite to that of the exhaust gas, and the evaporator section still adopts the forward flow layout. A set of waste heat boiler is installed in the tail flue of coking furnace to recover the waste heat of flue gas and protect the environment.

Under normal circumstances, the waste heat boiler of the coking furnace opens a hole in front of the flap valve of the underground main flue to lead the hot flue gas in the underground flue from the ground. After heat exchange and cooling by the waste heat recovery system, the temperature of the flue gas is reduced from 260 ℃ - 300 ℃ to about 140 ℃ - 160 ℃, and then discharged into the reserved hole on the original chimney through the exhaust fan at the outlet of the waste heat boiler, and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

The membrane wall flue partition of the boiler not only increases the heating surface, but also changes the sealing and safety of the boiler, and makes the boiler compact.
