During coking production, coking plants produce a large amount of 550~900 ℃ coking waste gas. In order to reasonably recover coking waste gas, traditional horizontal layout and new vertical layout coking waste gas waste heat boiler can be used.
Coking waste gas is discharged out of the furnace through slag condensing tube bundle, superheater, convection tube bundle and steel tube economizer, enters the tail desulfurization and dust removal device, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney through induced draft fan. The slag condensing tube bundle is made of front wall water wall tubes. The superheater adopts horizontal suspension structure, which is divided into high temperature section and low temperature section, and the middle adopts surface type or spray water desuperheating. Convective tube bundles are arranged in line, and smoke baffles are used in the middle for many times to increase the flue gas velocity and form effective transverse scour, which increases the heat transfer capacity of the convective tube bundles. The economizer adopts serpentine steel tube economizer, which is arranged horizontally in staggered rows. The membrane wall flue partition of the boiler not only increases the heating surface, but also ensures the tightness and safety of the boiler, and makes the boiler compact.
Coking waste heat boiler The heat exchange area is large and the heat transfer coefficient is high: the heat exchange of exhaust gas, water and steam is carried out on the outer surface of the heat pipe, and the outer side of the exhaust gas heat pipe is fin, so the heat exchange area is increased, the heat transfer is strengthened, and the heat transfer coefficient is greatly increased.
By adjusting the proportion of the heating surface of the cold and hot sections of the heat pipe, the pipe wall temperature can be adjusted to be higher than the dew point temperature of the flue gas or the corrosion area, which can effectively prevent the acid dew point and sulfur corrosion in the flue gas, extend the service life of the heat exchanger, and ensure the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger.
Running Coking waste heat boiler Due to the large amount of waste gas washing, even if the pipe is damaged, the air and water on the cold side will not leak to the hot side, ensuring the safe operation of the system, which is also a major feature of the equipment different from that in the general flue.
Generally, waste heat recovery equipment is added, and the resistance of hot waste gas increases to about 1500Pa. The damage of single or multiple heat pipes will not affect the overall use of the equipment.
