The horizontal waste heat boiler is composed of drum, movable hood, flue at furnace mouth section, flue at inclined section 1, flue at inclined section 2, flue at the end of section 1, flue at the end of section 2, feeding pipe (blanking chute) trough, oxygen lance mouth, nitrogen sealing device and nitrogen sealing plug, manhole, micro differential pressure tapping device, support and hanger of flue, etc. The waste heat boiler is divided into six circulation loops. Each circulation loop is composed of downcomer and riser. The feed water of each section of flue is introduced from the drum through downcomer to the lower header of each flue, and then enters into each heating surface. The water passes through the heating surface and generates steam into the header, and then is introduced into the drum through the riser. All flues are connected by flanges.

The manufacturer of the waste heat boiler told us about its working principle: high temperature flue gas is generated by burning fuel, gas and coal to release heat. The high temperature flue gas first enters the furnace, then enters the waste heat recovery device of the front smoke box, then enters the pyrotechnic tube, and then enters the residual heat recovery device in the flue of the rear smoke box. The high temperature flue gas turns into low temperature flue gas and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. As the waste heat boiler greatly improves the utilization rate of heat released by fuel combustion, this kind of boiler is more energy-saving.

Waste heat boiler is divided into oil fired waste heat boiler, gas fired waste heat boiler, coal-fired waste heat boiler and foreign medium waste heat boiler according to fuel. It can be divided into waste heat hot water boiler, waste heat steam boiler, waste heat organic heat carrier boiler, etc.
