The combustion chamber and heat exchanger of the hot blast furnace are integrated, and the whole steel plate multi-layer sleeve structure is adopted. The lower part of the furnace core is a combustion chamber, and the upper part and surrounding are annular heat exchangers. The air and flue gas are double return, and heat exchange is carried out in their own way. In order to improve the thermal efficiency, the heat exchange technology and turbulence principle of multi head spiral grooves are adopted to reduce the laminar thickness, so that the air and flue gas continuously change the direction of rotation in the process of moving, which greatly enhances the heat exchange effect.

The main working process is: light oil (gas) burns in the combustion chamber to produce high-temperature smoke, enters the smoke ring under the action of the combustion machine, and after heat exchange with the outside air, it is discharged from the chimney through the flue. The cold air is blown into the shell of the hot air furnace by the blower, flows into the air ring outside the furnace through the furnace top, and is supplied by the hot air outlet pipe to the equipment requiring clean hot air.

The hot air boiler equipment is widely used in drying, dyeing, painting and other drying heat sources of grain, medicinal materials, various agricultural and sideline products and various materials.
