Features of autoclave

1. The autoclave drawing is subject to the national standard 150 of the capacity regulation and is independently designed by our company.  

2. The special plate for Angang 16MnR container shall be selected, and the surrounding edges shall be planed and beveled. The pressure components shall be subject to X-ray flaw detection to ensure the welding process.  

3. The kettle ring and kettle door are made of 16Mn secondary forged parts, annealed and heat treated, and the kettle door has been insulated before leaving the factory.

4. The reducer adopts turbine vortex rod, which is different from cycloidal pinwheel reducer of other manufacturers. It has triple safety protection ① electronic interlock device ② manual interlock device (manual lead screw) ③ manual reducer.  

5. ￠ 2 × 21 meter kettle, which can hold 20000 standard bricks and 28.8 cubic meters of aerated blocks; ￠ 2 × 31m kettle, which can hold 30000 standard bricks and 39m3 aerating blocks;

6. 21m kettle: the weight difference between 14mm and 16mm is 2t; 31 meter kettle: the weight difference between 14 mm and 16 mm is 3 tons;

7. The safety valve DN80 is different from the port DN50 of other manufacturers; The base plate (20mm) is different from the 18mm of other manufacturers; The anchor bolt (24mm anchor, threaded wire, including cap) is different from 18mm deformed steel bar of other manufacturers.

8. The autoclave is a steel horizontal cylindrical device. The autoclave cover is made of a whole 16MnR steel plate by pressing. The flange of the autoclave cover and the flange of the autoclave body are made of 16Mn integral forging and autoclave work. Welds of pressure parts are subject to heat treatment and strict nondestructive testing according to relevant standards.

9. The autoclave door is a movable quick opening structure, which can be opened and closed by a manual reducer, or it can be opened and closed electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically according to user requirements. It is equipped with perfect safety interlock protection device, which greatly avoids the potential misoperation, and ensures the safe operation of autoclave and the safe production of operators. There are two types of kettle door opening: side opening and top opening for users to choose. The side opening type adopts a rotary arm type door opening mechanism, which can rotate flexibly, operate at low position, and open easily; The upper opening type adopts a lever type door opening mechanism. The lower end of the lever is connected to the kettle door, and the upper end is equipped with a counterweight device. This type of opening is convenient and occupies little space on the kettle side. 10. The autoclave door is sealed with a good rubber seal ring produced by the manufacturer, which is simple to install, good in sealing and long in service life. The kettle body support is provided with fixed support, movable support and end special support for different parts. It is well adapted to the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the autoclave body, ensuring the normal operation and service life of the autoclave.

11. The autoclave is equipped with safety valves, pressure gauges, temperature measuring elements, steam inlet and exhaust valves, sealed ball valves, steam traps and other necessary valves and instruments, as well as a decontamination tank for users to choose.

12. In addition to the conventional steam distribution pipe and guide rail for the autoclave internals, we are more considerate of users, and have specially set the seal steam anti impact cover and drain cover.
