When the water level reaches the high water level, the water pump stops replenishing water.

5. It is necessary to consider such factors as avoiding the backflow of heated materials and the discharge of pipeline condensate when installing the pipeline device of the steam generator (such as installing vent valve on the steam pipe).

6. The evaporator shall be discharged once a day. When the power is cut off 15 minutes after the operation is completed every day (or the electric heating tube will be burned) and the pressure drops to 0.05Mpa, the evaporator shall be discharged. Pay attention to safety when discharging to avoid burning.

7. Check the water tank to ensure that there are no sundries in the water tank, otherwise the water pump will be damaged or the check valve will be stuck.

8. The electric cabinet, water pump motor and other parts shall be protected from moisture and water to prevent burning. The equipment shall be maintained frequently and kept clean.

9. When the evaporator enters the normal operation state, the steam valve can be closed, and the evaporator starts to increase pressure slowly. When the steam pressure rises to the set pressure, the heating will automatically stop. At this time, steam can be used normally.
