1. First, heat transfer oil mixed with or absorbed moisture in the air during storage and transportation. When the heat transfer oil mixed with water is heated to 100 ℃, it is easy to cause overflow of boiling oil, resulting in fire or explosion accidents. Secondly, the carbon residue in the heat transfer oil exceeds the standard. During the heating operation of the heat exchange system, the heat transfer medium will undergo some cracking and condensation reactions under the action of high temperature, generating a certain amount of colloidal polymers. At the same time, some overheating media will also generate coke, which is high polymers and carbon residue that are insoluble in oil and suspended in oil. During the operation, these substances will deposit at the bottom of the drum and become overheated and bulged, Deposited on the pipe wall and overheated and burst the pipe.

Therefore, Steam generator During use, the heat transfer oil shall be sampled regularly for analysis, so as to timely grasp the quality change of the oil, analyze the reasons for the change, and regularly supplement new heat transfer oil to stabilize the amount of carbon residue. The heat transfer oil added into the boiler must be dehydrated in advance. If problems are found, corresponding measures shall be taken in time.

2. Sometimes due to the high oil temperature, the temperature of the heat engine can not rise, which can not meet the production needs. Some units adopt the method of increasing the outlet temperature to ensure the heat supply, which makes the outlet temperature close to or even exceed the allowable temperature of the heat carrier, thus increasing the degree of coking and scaling. The radiator using the heat engine has lower heat transfer efficiency, forming a vicious cycle until the furnace tube bursts.

In addition, the low flow rate will cause the temperature of most or part of the inner wall of the pipe in the heating surface to be higher than the allowable oil film temperature, which will shorten the normal service life of the heat transfer oil, leading to overheating and causing bulge and tube explosion. Therefore, the outlet oil temperature of the boiler should be about 30 ℃ lower than the working temperature of the heat carrier to prevent the oil from overheating, decomposition and deterioration during use. During operation, the flow rate of heat transfer oil in the pipes of radiation heating surface shall not be less than 1.5, and that in the pipes of convection heating surface shall not be less than 1.5, so as to prevent carbon residue, pipe diameter blockage, pipe wall overheating and other accidents.

3. Electrothermal Steam generator During normal use, if there is an occasional sudden power failure, the circulating oil pump will stop working, and the coal burning in the furnace will continue to burn, so that the boiler oil temperature will continue to rise. If the oil temperature rises too fast and cannot fall down, the local oil temperature will be overheated in a short period of time and coke will be formed, resulting in overheating and tube explosion and fire. Therefore, in case of power failure and other faults, all furnace doors should be opened to immediately eliminate the remaining coal in the furnace, let a large amount of cold air flow into the furnace, rapidly reduce the furnace temperature, eliminate the heat source, and simultaneously open the boiler oil drain valve, slowly put the high-temperature oil into the oil storage tank, and let the cold oil in the expansion oil tank slowly flow into the boiler to take away the heat in time. Conditional units can set up two-way power supply, such as small gasoline generator, whose circuit and circulating oil pump circuit are mutually switched, so as to prevent coking caused by excessive oil temperature in a short time after power failure and prevent unnecessary accidents caused by power failure.
