Formerly dissolved calcium bicarbonate (Ca (HCO3) 2) and magnesium bicarbonate (Mg (HCO3) 2) are decomposed in heated water to release carbon dioxide (CO2), which turns into insoluble calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and magnesium hydroxide (Mg (OH) 2) and also precipitates, sometimes forming MgCO3, thus forming scale. The boiler will inevitably have scaling and corrosion problems, so we need to clean it regularly. The steps are as follows:

Descaling and cleaning: add the prepared descaling and cleaning agent into the circulating water of the cleaning tank in proportion to clean the boiler. Determine the time of cleaning cycle and the amount of chemicals added according to the amount of scale. After confirming that all scales have been cleaned, move to the next cleaning procedure.

Clean with clean water: after the cleaning equipment is connected to the boiler, clean it with clean water for 10 minutes, check the system status for leakage, and remove the floating rust at the same time.

Stripping and anti-corrosion cleaning: add surface stripping agent and slow-release agent into the circulating water of the cleaning tank in proportion, and clean for 20 minutes in a cycle to separate the scale from the cleaned parts. At the same time, the surface of the object without scaling shall be subject to anti-corrosion treatment to prevent the detergent from corroding the cleaned parts during descaling and cleaning.
