Plate heat exchanger

Plate heat exchanger equipment is a kind of heat exchanger which is composed of a series of metal sheets with certain corrugated shape. A thin rectangular channel is formed between various plates for heat exchange. Plate heat exchanger is an ideal equipment for liquid liquid and liquid steam heat exchange. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and light structure, small floor area, wide application, long service life, etc. Under the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than that of the tubular heat exchanger, its floor area is one third of that of the tubular heat exchanger, and its heat recovery rate can be up to 90% or more.

The plate heat exchanger supplier told us that in general, we mainly distinguish plate heat exchangers according to their structures, that is, according to their shapes, they can be divided into four categories: ① removable plate heat exchangers (also called plate heat exchangers with sealing gaskets), ② welded plate heat exchangers, ③ spiral plate heat exchangers, ④ plate roll heat exchangers (also called honeycomb heat exchangers)

Among them, welded plate heat exchanger is divided into semi welded plate heat exchanger, all welded plate heat exchanger, plate shell heat exchanger and brazed plate heat exchanger.
