Structural performance:

The detachable plate heat exchanger is made of many punched corrugated sheets at certain intervals, sealed around by gaskets, and overlapped and compressed with frames and compression screws. The four corner holes of the plates and gaskets form the distribution pipe and the collection pipe of the fluid. At the same time, the cold and hot fluids are reasonably separated, so that they flow in the flow channels on both sides of each plate, and heat exchange is carried out through the plates.

At the same time, due to the smooth surface of the plate, high turbulence, it is not easy to scale.

4. Long service life: the plate heat exchanger is pressed with stainless steel or titanium alloy plates, which can resist various corrosive media. The rubber pad can be replaced at will, and can be easily disassembled and overhauled.

5. Strong adaptability: the plate of plate heat exchanger is an independent element, which can increase or decrease the flow at will as required, with various forms; It can be applied to different process requirements.

6. There is no cross flow. The sealing groove of plate heat exchanger is provided with a drain channel, so that all kinds of media will not cross flow. Even if there is leakage, the media will always be discharged outward.
