3. Check the water tank to ensure that there are no sundries in the water tank, otherwise the water pump will be damaged or the check valve will be stuck.

4. Close the blow down valve and the steam valve is still open. Start the power switch of the evaporator, and a water shortage alarm will be sent at this time. The water valve will operate to replenish water to the evaporator until the water level in the boiler is higher than the low water level, and the alarm will stop. When the water level reaches the high water level, the water pump will stop replenishing water.

5。 When the evaporator enters the normal working state, the steam valve can be closed, and the evaporator starts to slowly increase pressure. When the steam pressure rises to the set pressure, the heating will stop automatically. At this time, steam can be used normally.

6. The fuel gas steam generator shall blow down at least once a day. After the work is completed every day, the power supply shall be cut off for 15 minutes (or the electric heating tube will be burnt) and the pressure shall be reduced to 0.05Mpa for blow down. Pay attention to safety during blow down to prevent burns.

7. Check the time of water treatment twice a day to see if it is consistent with the actual time, otherwise it should be adjusted. Once the time of salt tank salt filling is set, salt must be added in strict accordance with the regulations.

The electric cabinet, water pump motor and other parts shall be protected from moisture and water to prevent burning. The equipment shall be maintained regularly and kept clean.
