The exhaust gas temperature of the waste heat recovery boiler can obviously judge the thermal efficiency of the waste heat boiler. If the exhaust gas temperature is too high, it directly indicates that the heat efficiency of the waste heat boiler is low and the exhaust gas temperature is very low, which can also directly indicate that the heat utilization rate of the waste heat boiler is high. This is a relatively simple judgment method.

Reduce heat loss: reasonable excess air coefficient shall be controlled; Reduce air leakage in furnace and flue; Cold air and air leakage shall be minimized during the operation of pulverizing system; Soot blowing and coke removal shall be carried out in time to keep all heating surfaces, especially the heating surface of air preheater, clean to reduce temperature; The hot air at the furnace top or the hot air in the skin wall of the tail heating surface shall be used as far as possible for air supply and inlet.

Boiler thermal efficiency refers to the percentage of boiler effective utilization heat in boiler input heat per unit time, or the percentage of effective utilization heat in input heat per kilogram of fuel (solid and liquid fuel), or per standard cubic meter (gas fuel).

The thermal efficiency of boiler refers to the percentage of effective heat in the heat delivered by fuel. The thermal efficiency of modern large boilers is about 90%. Reduce heat dissipation loss: maintain the metal structure of boiler wall and the heat preservation of smoke and air ducts, steam and water ducts, headers and other parts within the boiler range. Reduce heat loss of blowdown: ensure water supply quality and reduce blowdown rate.
