How to deal with water shortage of biomass steam generator: check the water level indicated by each water level gauge to correctly judge whether the biomass steam generator is short of water. When it is impossible to determine whether the biomass steam generator is full or short of water, the drain cock of the water level gauge can be opened. If no boiler water flows out, it indicates a water shortage accident, otherwise it is a full water accident.    

The water hole of the water connecting pipe of the water level gauge is higher than the high fire boundary of the heating surface and the biomass steam generator with large water capacity. Otherwise, the biomass steam generator cannot be called for water, because it will delay the treatment time of the water shortage accident of the biomass steam generator.  

When the biomass steam generator is slightly short of water, reduce fuel and air supply, weaken combustion, and slowly feed water to the biomass steam generator to normal water level. Generally, the inlet flow rate and water supply volume are controlled by adjusting the opening and size of the water supply valve, and attention shall be paid not to excessive water inflow. Then check whether the biomass steam generator is abnormal, and run the biomass steam generator after confirming that it is normal.   

When the biomass steam generator is seriously short of water, emergency fire extinguishing and boiler shutdown are required. And do not water into the pot. When the biomass steam generator is cooled by natural ventilation and the water temperature in the boiler drops below 70 ℃, the water can enter slowly. Check the biomass steam generator after the water inlet reaches the normal level, and restart the ignition and run the biomass steam generator if there is no abnormality.
