Horizontal waste heat boiler It is composed of drum, movable hood, flue at furnace mouth section, flue at inclined section 1, flue at inclined section 2, flue at last section 1, flue at last section 2, feeding pipe (blanking chute) groove, oxygen lance mouth, nitrogen sealing device and nitrogen sealing plug, manhole, micro differential pressure tapping device, support and hanger of flue, etc. The waste heat boiler is divided into six circulation loops. Each circulation loop is composed of downcomer and riser. The feed water of each section of flue is introduced from the drum through downcomer to the lower header of each flue, and then enters into each heating surface. The water passes through the heating surface and generates steam into the header, and then is introduced into the drum through the riser. All flues are connected by flanges.
The vertical waste heat boiler occupies a small area, greatly reducing the civil construction cost, and the horizontal space occupied by the plant is small, but the height is limited. It is basically located outside the plant. The vertical boiler flue mostly goes in and out from top to bottom. On the one hand, the flue position at the outlet of the smelting furnace is reasonably used. On the other hand, the waste heat boiler feed water goes in and out from bottom to top, realizing the reverse heat exchange of the waste heat boiler and greatly increasing the heat exchange efficiency of the waste heat boiler.
